Members of the MOGAS Executive Leadership Team (ELT) recently visited our office in Perth, Australia. As our company continues to evolve and grow, this opportunity to connect again in-person with our global team was very much welcomed.
The trip included hands-on training and development for employees across all departments, and allowed for open dialogue and discussion with the ELT. Informative presentations outlined the direction and future plans for success as our team remains aligned, and ready to move forward into 2023 with clarity and unity.
Meeting objectives included:
- Team alignment to MOGAS headquarters, to have a better understanding of where the company is headed and how employees fit in and can help
- Follow up on employee engagement efforts and to allow employees to have access to the ELT to ask questions and meet them
- Teambuilding
- Examine the current MOGAS Australia business plan.
