For MOGAS to become the leading manufacturer of severe service ball valves, we had some help from our suppliers. We partner with suppliers who consistently met the demanding on-time delivery and provide the highest quality products and services. This was the criteria when MOGAS recently evaluated suppliers who qualified for the third annual Outstanding Supplier of the Year award. From this group, five companies were the 2013 winners in four categories.
Representatives from the winning companies were honored during an award dinner in February at the
Steamboat House Restaurant in Houston, where they were presented with a genuine chromed MOGAS ball that sits on a walnut base. Their company’s names were also added to the Outstanding Supplier of the Year plaque displayed at the MOGAS corporate headquarters.

The Best Service Provider was chosen due to their high level of quality, expertise and reliability. As one of MOGAS’ longtime suppliers, they are dedicated to ensuring our satisfaction and success.

The Best Value Added Supplier is one of our primary sources for disc springs. This company has worked closely with MOGAS engineering and QA, dedicating countless hours to help improve specifications and dimensional tolerances. Their commitment and determination has helped make MOGAS a better company.

For a company to be considered for an Outstanding Supplier of the Year award, they must meet or exceed the criteria for quality and delivery. Throughout the year MOGAS will give feedback letting suppliers know if they are on track to qualify—and, if not, what actions are required.
