Designed to Give You More Control

By forcing the process fluid to turn through a series of right angles, the fluid can be controlled at each stage of pressure letdown with FlexStream technology. Right-angle turns and expanding flow passageways remove kinetic energy from the fluid, while lowering pressure in a controlled manner.

Smaller Dimensional Footprint Saves Money
 
Valves that use FlexStream rotary control technology have an overall smaller dimensional envelope than the traditional linear control valves, reducing costs associated with valve construction, piping layouts and materials.

Variable Trim Technology Provides Unprecedented Flexibility
 
The ball can be custom fabricated to suit high pressure differential applications by increasing the number of letdown stages and / or filling the ball to give greater control rate. The seat can also be modified to include a number of openings to reduce the pressure on the downstream seat.

Quality is Built into Every Valve
 
Our strict quality control procedures ensure that each and every MOGAS valve is tested before leaving our factory. Our products are designed to exceed engineering specifications, and all MOGAS pressure containing components meet or exceed the ASME B16.34 and ASME Section VIII standards. Our valve products are fire safe to API 607, API 6FA, BS 6755, and tested to MSS-SP-61, API 598 or Class V shutoff. What’s more, MOGAS severe service ball valves are certified PED compliant for the European market.
